RETURN POLICY

Churrasco Lover hopes that you love your new grill, but we also want you to be fully satisfied. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service department at +1-(781)500-1231 within 24 hours. Any cancellation made after 24 hours from the initial purchase will be subject to our return policy, as detailed below. Note: You will have to pay a fee to cancel orders once they’re shipped.

Items purchased at Churrascolover.com may be returned in original unused condition within 30 days of purchase for refund to the original form of payment. A 30% restocking fee will be charged for returning an item for any reason other than damage.

We only accept the return of defective products for 30 days from the date of purchase. All merchandise must be returned unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.

After receipt, returned items will be inspected and a refund will be applied within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

We only accept returns from purchases made directly through our website. If you’ve purchased through an authorized dealer, please contact them directly.

Original and return shipping costs are nonrefundable, and we do charge a restocking fee for any returned products. Return shipping fees may vary depending upon the chosen freight carrier. Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping and paying any fees.

DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING/DELIVERY

If you receive an order that arrives damaged, incomplete or in need of replacement parts, contact Churrasco Lover’s customer care at +1(781)500-1231 within three days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.
